1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide in the contact and quote forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message. We also record the site language and the page the request came from, so we can handle it properly.

We do not collect browsing data for analytics or advertising.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to answer your enquiries and quote requests about asbestos removal, roofing and steel structures, and for pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How data is sent and stored

This website has no database: your request is sent by email to our team and a copy stays in the company mailbox. We use the Resend email service to send it; Resend acts as a processor and may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards.

If you provide your email you also receive an automatic confirmation message.

5. Retention

We keep data for the time needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 12 months, unless the law or a contractual relationship requires longer.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights contact us at av@av-fs.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses only one technical cookie to remember your chosen language. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps map, which may set its own cookies when loaded. Links to Facebook and Instagram lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
